Sun Peaks Resorts' only true ski-in/ski-out lodging, The Coast Sundance Lodge is a deluxe, full service Sun Peaks hotel, located at the base of the Sundance high speed quad chair. A Tyrolean-theme, pedestrian friendly ski village inspires Crystal Forest. Just a short distance from the Village Core & Sports Centre, these one, two, three, and four bedroom townhouses and condominiums feature gas fireplaces, heated tile floors, pine woodwork throughout, ski & equipment storage, and underground parking with overheight clearance. Full kitchens are standard with fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.

The Tyrolean-inspired Snow Creek Village offers three & two bedroom condos / townhouses, many with attaching studio suites, as well one bedroom apartments, and full service studio suites with private hot tubs, full kitchens, and full bathrooms. These luxurious rental accommodations are adjacent to a ski-in/ski-out trail, and the Sun Peaks' Sports Centre. Just beside the Village Core, the homes are ideally positioned for easy access to the Resort's restaurants, shops, and entertainment facilities. Centrally located in the Sun Peaks village across from the Sports Centre, the Kookaburra Lodge offers deluxe modern designer styled suites overlooking McGillivray Creek. Ski in access is available by using the Sundance Express Chairlift and then taking Rambler followed by the East Village Ski Way to Fair Dinkum. Ski out access is available by taking the East Village Ski Way to the Mt. Morrisey Express Chairlift.

The newly renovated Sun Peaks Lodge, a full service family hotel, is located in the heart of Sun Peaks Resort, with ski-in/ski-out access, just steps away from the chairlift. All the village shops & restaurants are located directly outside the front door.
